Trinity Info Serve utilizes the services of either DTDC or Bluedart as their trusted delivery partners. Upon receiving confirmation of an order from a customer, Trinity Info Serve assumes responsibility for delivering the products to the specific location designated by the customer. All associated delivery costs are covered by Trinity Info Serve. To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is expected that the customer or their appointed representative will be present at the agreed-upon delivery time as mutually arranged between Trinity Info Serve and the customer. In instances where the customer cannot be present during the scheduled delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to designate a representative who can accept the products on their behalf. This appointment should be communicated to Trinity Info Serve before the scheduled delivery time. The appointed representative must furnish a copy of their identification along with an authorization letter from the customer to the delivery personnel assigned by Trinity Info Serve. Failure to have a customer or designated representative available for delivery, resulting in the need for a second delivery attempt, will incur an additional delivery charge, which will be borne by the customer. Furthermore, customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery vehicles have unrestricted access to the delivery location within the premises. It is also essential to secure prior permission for the use of building elevators, if necessary, to facilitate the delivery of the ordered products to the designated location.

In the unlikely event that any product delivered by Trinity Info Serve is discovered to be damaged, the customer will have the option to either return the product and request a replacement product with identical specifications or request a refund for the amount paid. It is important to note that if a damaged product is received, the customer must promptly notify us within 24 hours of the delivery to be eligible for a refund. After the initial 24-hour period, Trinity Info Serve will still honor refund or replacement requests, but the buyer will be responsible for any damage costs incurred after the product is returned and inspected. Furthermore, if the buyer is not satisfied with their product, Trinity Info Serve offers a 3-day return policy, provided that the buyer returns the product in the same condition as it was received. Similar to the damaged product scenario, the buyer will bear any costs associated with damages that occur after the product has been returned and inspected. Trinity Info Serve commits to replacing any defective product within 24 hours from the time the customer reports the issue. If the customer opts for a refund within 2 days of receiving the product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the moment the customer notifies Trinity Info Serve. The refund will be executed using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.
